Late-1950s EICO monaural high-fidelity component pair comprising an HFT-90 vacuum-tube FM tuner and HF-12 vacuum-tube integrated amplifier, housed in coordinating brown metal cabinets with gold-tone faceplates and silver-tone control knobs. The HFT-90 has an 88-108 MHz dial, volume and tuning controls, a traveling tuning-eye indicator, and audio and multiplex outputs. The HF-12 provides selector positions for tuner, auxiliary, magnetic phono, and tape head, with volume, bass, and treble controls. Published model specifications rate the amplifier at 12 watts continuous and 25 watts peak, with 4-, 8-, and 16-ohm speaker connections. Both components retain attached power cords.
