Vintage brass artillery shell casing repurposed into a decorative trench-art vase or stand, measuring 9.75 inches tall. The cylindrical brass body has been fitted with a pair of symmetrical turned brass side knobs and retains visible markings on the base.
The piece shows surface scratches, patina, handling wear and other age-related marks consistent with previous use. While the casing appears to be an older military component, the photographs do not provide enough information to reliably attribute it to WWI or WWII, or to establish when or by whom it was converted.
